Where do you source your flowers from?
Our flowers are sourced from overseas including locations such as Taiwan, India, Japan, Malayaisa, Holland, Australia and New Zealand and the USA.

Are you able to make an identical bouquet as shown on the website?
We try our best to source for flowers that replicates the style and feel of the bouquet you see online. As the flowers are subject to market availability and can be highly seasonal we will ensure that we select the best blooms that fit the aesthetics of the bouquet. What size are the bouquets?
Petite 8-10'' // 20 - 25 cm
Regular 12'' // 30 cm
Premium 15'' // 38 cm
 
For bespoke pieces, we can tailor it to your requests. We've created XXL bouquets too!

How far in advance can I order a bouquet?
Typically, we strongly encourage a week's notice and accept orders 2 days in advance.
 
What should I do if I need a bouquet urgently?
For any urgent orders with a 1 business day lead time, please drop us a message at thefloraltease@gmail.com and we will see if we can fit your bouquet in our delivery schedule. The management at The Floral Tease reserves the right to decline orders which are ordered less than a day in advance.
 
What are your delivery time slots and fees?
 
We have two fixed delivery time slots.
 
Monday to Fridays:
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
 
Saturdays and Sundays:
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Each delivery is charged at $15 SGD per trip.
 
Public Holidays, Valentine's Day & Christmas*
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

*Each delivery is charged at $25 SGD per trip
 
 
What happens if I need to reschedule the delivery or deliver to a different address?
We take care in delivering the bouquets and understand sometimes a delivery has to be rescheduled.  Should any party request a re-schedule to a different time slot (within 24hours) or a re-delivery to a different address, it will only be confirmed after a payment of  $15 SGD for a re-direction fee.
 
 
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, DBS Bank Transfer (if you're a Singapore based account holder), DBS PayLah! and DBS PayNow. If you are choosing to transfer us cash, please select cash payment upon checkout. We will contact you within 30 minutes with our bank account details for the transfer. Thank you!
 
 
How do you wrap your bouquets?
Typically, we use a light brown kraft paper to wrap the bouquets. This allows the flowers to be the focal point of the bouquets. If you have a specific colour wrapper in mind, we're happy to have a chat with you. Drop our stylists a message today at thefloraltease@gmail.com 
 
 
Do you also provide vases?
If you want vases for your flowers, we can arrange that especially for you. They range from $15 to $30 depending on size. If you would like a vase with your bouquet, drop us a message and we'll confirm the purchase for you!
