As the seasons are constantly changing, we can never promise the exact same bouquet as you see on our website. This is dependent and subject to market availability. Rest assured that if a particular bloom is missing from your design it will be replaced with something as special and you will be informed in advance. We will always aim to deliver the closest match to the colours chosen to those ordered. Have a chat with our floral designer today and we'll ensure that we will curate the bouquet to the floral tease style.

 

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

Please help us make the delivery process smooth by providing us with your telephone contact number as well as your recipient’s contact information if we need to reach either of you during delivery.

 

Please ensure that someone is available in the address provided and time frame that’s been selected for delivery.

 

What should I do if I need a bouquet urgently?
For any urgent orders with a 1 business day lead time, please drop us a message at thefloraltease@gmail.com and we will see if we can fit your bouquet in our delivery schedule. The management at The Floral Tease reserves the right to decline orders which are ordered less than a day in advance. 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIME-SLOTS

We highly recommend ordering your flowers two days in advance from the delivery date to secure a good timeslot.
 

We have two fixed delivery time slots.

 

 

Monday to Fridays:
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

 

 

Saturdays and Sundays:

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Each delivery is charged at $15 SGD per trip.

 

 

Public Holidays, Valentine's Day & Christmas*

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

*Each delivery is charged at $25 SGD per trip

 

 

Charges for Restricted Areas

Please note that there will be an additional $10 delivery charge for the following areas. These surcharges are in place due to the time taken to gain access / security clearance for these areas.

6. All Army camps

RE-DELIVERY & RE-SCHEDULING

We take care in delivering the bouquets and understand sometimes a delivery has to be rescheduled.  Should any party request a re-schedule to a different time slot (within 24hours) or a re-delivery to a different address, it will only be confirmed after a payment of $15 SGD for a re-direction fee.

 

 

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances to include but not be limited to any adverse weather conditions – such as typhoons, rainstorm warnings, hillslides, earthquakes, snow, flood, extreme winds, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.

 

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY
    All personal information ( for example, name, delivery address, email, contact number, etc.) which is collected from you is confidential. It is used solely for the purpose of delivery and billing of your order. Our online store does not require you to create an account. Any information collected will not be disclosed to any other parties without prior consent of our customers.  When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

    Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
